Easter has passed

Easter has passed, but Easter Eggs are yummy any time, especially when your purchase helps a worthwhile cause! Pop in to see the girls at ARW before they're all gone!

Over the years I have developed an excellent network of friends that are hard-working, loyal, reliable, driven and good-natured. Whilst I have such a great network, I don't want to have to ask you to dip your hand into your own pocket but to get other people in your own network (be it work; study; play) to dip into their pockets for a great cause.

So I am asking your assistance with this first fundraising activity. Chocolate drives can are easy way to make money, particularly if you have the right product and I am proud to announce that we have been able to secure Cadbury's Carmello filled Easter Eggs as well as their mini Crème Eggs for this drive. Yum I can hear you say. They will sell themselves - simply leave them at your work reception!

If you believe that this is a good cause & are willing to assist with the sale of a box of chocolates (20 packs in a box @ $3 each) then please let me know the number & type of boxes that you want to sell. I will really appreciate your help.

PS The funds raised from one box of chocolates will enable 4 people to speak to the Heart Foundation's professional Heartline staff and receive heart health materials whilst the funds raised from 12 boxes of chocolates will help with the Heart Foundation fund a world-class project for a whole day!!

PPS As I said earlier it will be a marathon effort to achieve this challenge. We are looking for more to join Team Rafters and assist with organising other activities throughout the year (such as sausage sizzles; sale of Entertainment Books; door-knocking; trivia night and fundraising dinner). We are also looking for raffle items and corporate sponsors who will get plenty of publicity via the variety of events; in media and on clothing apparel. If you can help or have some other fantastic ideas it will be greatly appreciated.
